Important Information

It is very important that you read the terms and conditions carefully before making your reservation at Selvática. The total price of your reservation will be charged to your card when making the reservation. Payments made with Visa or MasterCard will be charged in US dollars, no conversion to another currency will be carried out under the current exchange rate of your bank.

The declaration will reflects the charge under the name of Selvática.

CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS:

All modifications or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the confirmed date of your visit.

REQUIREMENTS:

It is necessary that the holder of the credit card with which the payment was made, is presented with a photo identification. Otherwise your reservation will not be valid.
If you have recently had or are suffering from an illness that can physically limit surgery, you should check with our reservations staff before making your purchase.

Preventive actions on COVID-19

Selvatica has implemented precautions and hygiene measures in accordance with the prevention recommendations provided by the Federal Government, the Ministry of Health and the local authorities, however, it is important to consider that there is an inherent risk of exposure to the virus called COVID-19 in any public place. It should be noted that the COVID-19 virus is an extremely contagious disease that can cause serious illnesses including death, which is why when visiting Selvática, all the risks related to exposure to the COVID-19 virus are voluntarily and tacitly assumed, defining a Reserva Bengala, SA de C.V., and its controlling companies and subsidiaries from any contagion liability.

We invite you to comply with the rules imposed within the park, otherwise, Selvatica reserves the right to request the guest’s departure without any liability in order to make the health of our guests and collaborators prevail.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that there are no refunds on discounted prices, if you need to change your reservation, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to the confirmed reservation date (all changes are subject to availability).

A credit valid for six months will be awarded for the same or any other Selvatica experience with the same value.

To schedule a new date, contact us and our reservations staff will contact you.

To make a refund for canceling a reservation paid at full price, you must do so at least 3 days before the confirmed reservation date, with a charge of 10% of the total amount.

IN CASE OF NO SHOW:

We request our visitors to be at the site at least half an hour before the confirmed time for their tour. In case of no-show, the amount charged is not refundable.
CLIMATE WARRANTY:

If you want to reschedule your tour just call us 24 hours in advance and we will reschedule your visit. And if it doesn’t fit into your vacation plan, your reservation is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
